The Vankars of kutch who are traditionally wool weavers have began to experiment with cotton, creating these sarees. It takes 9-12 days of love and labour to complete just One Saree . The person who begins the weave must see it through to the end.
The Vankars or weavers of Kutch weave colorful threads on the loom, with the yarn coming from Bhujodi, Rajasthan and Ahmedabad etc
