Apparel / Jewellery
You can return only in case of damages to the product. Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons.

1. You have changed your mind about the purchase.
2. The product did not match with certain assumptions you had made during the purchase.
3. The product colour looks different from what you saw on the computer. 
4. You don't like the product you have bought.
5. While we do our best to provide products of great quality, we do not guarantee on Colour/embroidery/zari etc, and returns on these basis will not be processed. 
6. In case of size exchange, you would need to courier the product back to our address, we will check it and send the next size if available, or issue a credit note.
 
All you need to do is to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by by Emailing us at india1001.com@gmail.com and sending us the image of the concern product, also, couriering us the parcel which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us. The courier charges will be credited as redeemable credit points against your India1001 account.

Cancellation by India1001

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.

Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval have given through india1001.com@gmail.com

 

Cancellation by You

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase ( only if it falls in the given criteria):

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by writing to us at india1001.com@gmail.com for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email .

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by India1001 and accept India1001's decision regarding the cancellation

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account after deducting 2% of the total amount, i.e the payment gateway fee

 Repeated cancellations of orders might lead to barring of order delivery to the customer completely.

Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:

We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling the order by you after 24 hours is over is a double loss of revenue for us.

In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.

After receiving that email India1001 will take a decision.

Please note:

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by India1001 and accept India1001's decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation in COD Cases:

We appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility to the customer without any intimation.

Refund Policy
You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:
  1. We have shipped a wrong product.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect.
  3. The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

    Condition of Items:
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned individually. We will send a replacement in case stocks are available or else issue online credits which can be redeemed against future purchases. There will be no cash refunds. The products will be picked up from the address it was delivered to.
